Short answer
Yes. Georgia law lets you begin physical therapy without a referral; if care continues past 21 days or 8 visits, a physician referral is required, and we coordinate it with your doctor's office. We are in-network with Traditional Medicare, BCBS / Anthem and Tricare, and out of network with Medicare Advantage. Self-pay and out-of-network patients pay a flat $129 per 60-minute visit.

What insurance plans do you accept?
- In-network: Traditional Medicare, BCBS / Anthem and Tricare
- $129 flat rate: self-pay and out-of-network plans, including Aetna, Cigna and UnitedHealthcare, with an itemized superbill on request and HSA / FSA accepted
- Injury cases: personal injury Letters of Protection, Auto MedPay and Workers' Compensation
- Medicare Advantage: out of network; call us and we will explain your options before you book
What does Traditional Medicare require?
Medicare requires your physician or another qualified practitioner to certify the physical therapy plan of care1. You do not need to arrange that first: we evaluate you and send the plan to your doctor's office for signature. Some other insurance plans have their own referral rules, so we check your benefits before your first visit.
What does the $129 visit include?
A full 60-minute, one-on-one visit with a physical therapist, either for vertigo, dizziness, balance and concussion care, including infrared video goggle testing, or for neck and back pain.
